If you are a new patient then an initial consult will provide us enough time to better understand your concerns and create an appropriate plan. An initial consult would also be required if you are an existing client with a new injury.

Reasons to book a subsequent consult may include:

• same problem previously assessed by our practitioner 
• one area of concern

Reasons to book and extended consult may include:

• more than one area of concern
• a complex issue
• if previous appointment exceeds 4 months
• perhaps you require assistants in the gym

Most claims you make for physio appointments will be thru a private health fund. We can make a direct claim for you thru HiCaps.

If your doctor has completed the appropriate paperwork and placed you on an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan then you will be eligible for up to 5 appointments with a small gap to pay by you.

Initial consult (40 mins): $119

Subsequent consult (20 mins): $95

Extended consult (30 mins): $109

Running Assessment (40 mins): $125

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand that life can be unpredictable and we really don't wish to penalise our patients for that. Please phone us as soon as your circumstances change so we can assist you.
